Time Out!!

I am putting myself in time out.  I haven't been bad unless you call not blogging since Tuesday naughty.  Josh and I found a place.  It is small and a bit outdated but is sufficient for our needs.  Get ready for this...we are moving next weekend.  I am more focused on getting us ready to move than to put up blog posts and it will remain like that (unless something amazing happens that I can't contain) until after we have moved into our new apartment.  Then there will be an added delay in getting things set up.  I promise I won't be gone too long but say good-bye to the weekday blogging for a little while.

Way to go Kelly for all your hard work!  Kelly got the job!  Starting next week she will be the new manager at the Home Depot in Saint George Utah.  We are going to be very busy getting the house ready to sell, packing up, and moving our little family to an apartment we haven't found yet.  Oh how we will miss our friends and Bill, Kelly, and Jack.  We will defiantly visit them in Saint George but not very often.  Driving 5 hours is a long trip with a 1 year old.  We are here for help and support while Kelly commutes to work for the week and back for the weekends until the house sells.

How much typing can a typer type if a typer could type words

I took a typing class my freshman year in high school and got a B.  Sadly I don't remember how fast I type from that class.  Because we have been looking for apartments and higher paying work I have found a few jobs that require typing at least 40 word per minute (wpm).  I wanted to see how fast I type so I found this website: typing test.  They offer five different tests and this is how I did...

1. Net Speed: 59 wpm

    92% accuracy

    Gross Speed: 64 wpm

2. Net Speed: 71 wpm

    98% accuracy

    Gross Speed: 72 wpm

3. Net Speed: 66 wpm

    92% accuracy

    Gross Speed: 71 wpm

4. Net Speed: 73 wpm

    98 % accuracy

    Gross Speed: 74 wpm

5. Net Speed: 72 wpm

    97% accuracy

    Gross Speed: 74 wpm

It was pretty fun.  You should have a try!  I think it is well worth the few minutes it takes.  I may just try a few more times to beat my above scores.
